2. Intellectual Property & Blueprints

3. Warranties & Structural Commitments
All structural and waterproofing guarantees (including our 10-Year RCC Guarantee) are subject to contractual terms executed during the final agreement phase.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from services or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
